She earned her personal trainer certification four years ago and worked as a trainer in a large gym, training clients in the early mornings before work. She then purchased a business license and opened her own fitness business operating local women’s fitness boot camp classes. With this business, Angie has been able to reach out to more clients and make significant improvements in their health and general well-being.

FitBusinessWoman will feature free iPod workouts, free ebooks and downloads, free ecourses, fitness coaching, a forum community of other business women, access to hundreds of articles and healthy recipes, video workouts and how-to’s, audio interviews from “FitBusinessWoman of the Week”, a panel of experts to include a productivity expert, fitness coach, dietician, work-at-home expert, and much more.

Tip From Angie:

Never skip breakfast, eat small healthy meals throughout the day and stay hydrated. Get up from your desk at least once per hour and stretch. Get the blood flowing by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, go for a power walk instead of sitting at your desk for lunch. Sit on a stability ball at your desk for part of your day. Get support from others, don’t be hard on yourself, and just move!

Health is my number one priority because I want to get the absolute most out of life. I want to be a good example for my kids as well as others. Women so often put themselves last and will take care of others before ever taking care of themselves. I want them to understand that when you take care of yourself, you feel unbelievable, are more productive, and are a better mom, daughter, friend, sister, businesswoman.
